This spell allows the caster to create a special weather condition in his vicinity. The radius is limited to a localized 240 yards in an outdoor setting only. This spell has an indefinite duration so long as the caster is stationary and concentrating. Possible weather and their effects are detailed below.

TornadoThe caster can direct the tornado, which moves at 120′ per round. The tornado can be directed to attack, using the characteristics of an air elemental with 12 HD. Sea vessels have a 75% chance of suffering 8+1d4 structural hit points damage.
FoggyVisibility drops to 20′, and all movement is divided by 2.
RainyMissile attacks at -2. Mud forms in 3 turns, and movement divided by 2.
SnowyVisibility drops to 20′, and all movement is divided by 2
